The Linear Grand Home is a grand house, perfectly suited to be built on acreage or a substantial block. The elongated floor plan allows every room to have a view. The house is split into two parts with a bridge across a two-storey central void linking the living/parents area and the garage entertainment area and children’s bedrooms.

The home created by our Geelong builders features precast concrete wall panels and Alucobond cladding to the front canopy. Martix sheeting and cedar shiplap lining boards are used for the main upper walls, with the lower floor featuring rendered brickwork.

The Linear Grand Home designs are simply another example of the commitment and expertise our Geelong architects and builders have towards their designs and construction.
