The Ocean View Home’s striking house design showcases a combination of materials – including a split face block work feature wall, topped by a glass balustrade for maximum visibility over the cantilevered deck.

Principal Geelong architect Buck Grgic has created a visually appealing and environmentally friendly home, designed to withstand the unique conditions in Torquay.

Vertical stria cladding and a rendered finish provide a contrasted exterior, with this theme continued in the home’s interior.

Upstairs, wide spotted gum timber flooring stretches throughout the open-plan study, kitchen, dining and living areas. Polished concrete flooring has been used downstairs, with a mirror finish using white and clear glass.

Large eaves extend over the frontage, providing protection from the coastal elements. Our sustainable builders have also included underslab foam insulation and LED downlights to improve energy efficiency.

An internal lift adds a luxurious touch to this one-of-a-kind coastal house design.
