Narrow house block designs present a challenge. However the Neighbourhood Character Home provides an open and spacious two-storey house that blends seamlessly into a tight restricted site.

At the centre of the home, a modern, well-equipped kitchen opens onto a large internal open living space with towering ceilings and two-storey windows to allow the natural light to stream in. The open living areas then lead onto the courtyard and an open steel staircase with glass balustrade maximises the space.

Hydronic heating panels, cooling units and ceiling fans all help to maintain a comfortable temperature inside, regardless of the outdoor conditions. A true environmentally friendly home.

The weatherboard house designs are completed by our experienced Geelong builders with low maintenance Straia cladding and a galvanised steel fascia and internal box gutters provide a minimalist  look on the external facade.
