A carefully zoned three-level Split Roof Home has been created by Buck Grgic, our in-house Geelong architect.

The full-width front deck is three metres wide at the garage-end for relaxed outdoor entertaining and reduces to 1.2 metres to allow light into the master bedroom below. Specifically designed blade walls support the cantilevered deck and provide protection from the elements to the deck area. The striking wide eaves shade summer sun whilst allowing in winter sun for warmth. The gap in the eaves coincides with an entry void to allow light to flood through to the lower floor.

The main feature of the home is a lift with access to all three levels. A raked ceiling with hidden cove lighting and expansive windows open up the living room. The cedar-clad garage also contains a cellar and workshop.

You can rely on the experience and professionalism of the Geelong builders at Topic Builders to guide you through all stages of the design process and construction of your new home.
